Quartz crystals are used and place on chakras helping cleanse and balance your chakras (may be included in Polarity sessions as well.)

Energetic bodywork with little to no physical contact. Uses Energy to help remove energetic blockages and focus on creating harmony within.

Stretching to improve mobility and range of motion. Done clothed for anyone needing to improve in this area. Can be added to any massage
