I believe that everyone can benefit from massage and/or energy work. Massage can help people to relax and it can also help people to work out sore muscles or to help recover from injury. It is not just luxury any more. Everyone can benefit from a treatment. Let me be the massage therapist to help you learn what your body, mind and soul needs to feel rejuvenated and whole again.
The Clinic
I have been a Licensed Massage and Polarity Therapist for the for the last nineteen years. I attended a holistic massage school in Ipswich, Massachusetts. There I studied both Massage and Polarity Therapy. I strive to help my clients to feel better, whether that means relaxation massage, energy work, or deep tissue massage.
I have seen massage help relieve the pain of Carpal Tunnel, Thoracic Outlet, Frozen Shoulder, Plantar Fasciitis, Fibromyalgia and others. My approach is holistic in nature even when doing deep tissue work. I will work with you to identify the cause of the issue and work with you to create a treatment plan.
